A highly motivated legal professional, Cynthia has over a decade of environmental law and planning experience in the public and private sectors for projects ranging from linear road and rail infrastructure to telecommunications, defense, and energy. She has dedicated a large part of her career to environmental issues, focusing on environmental management and impact assessments for investment projects in Chile and Australia.
With strong project management skills, Cynthia has played a fundamental consulting role to a diverse range of stakeholders. She also contributes to solving environmental planning matters through analysis and interpretation of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks in Victoria and NSW. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to the environment drives her to deliver high-level strategic advice and solutions to benefit clients and the broader community.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys martial arts, hiking, and salsa dancing.
